Can I customize a watch on the website?

A start from scratch service is available. If you're interested in a fully custom watch, please go to the Custom Build Information tab in the main menu to find out more.

How long does it take for me to receive my watch?

Each watch is made per order, for this reason our turn around time is around 3 weeks from your order date.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch comes with a 1 year warranty that covers the internal movement including the crown stem.

Do I get anything other than just the watch with my order?

Every watch comes shipped in a Hollis Watch Mods watch box. In your box you will find a link tool to assist you in adjusting your watch bracelet on your own.
